Modded IX owners, What are you plugging the O2 bung with???

Like the title says.

A buddy of mine used a bolt.

I know some people are just using spare O2 sensors they had lying around.

One guy I know actually found something he called an "O2 plug",...



Searched but ,... all it gave me was a Vishnu SCU tuning thread.

why do you need to plug it with something different? why dont you just keep your stock o2 sensor plugged in? thats what most people do

o2 plug

go to your auto parts store and buy a drain plug. the threads are 18mm x 1.5 mm pitch. i got one at napa when i had to plug a bung i welded on.

Because it's a IX. Their O2 is in the cat, so when they get just a cat-back, they end up with an empty o2 bung, but it's super-simple to get a plug that fits. I don't know what this guy is looking for other than what devo1 mentioned...

Speaking of exhausts on the IX's.... do they bolt up exactly the same??? Do they sound any different fromthe VIII's???
