Depends what yeah Evo you have, and who you buy from.

- Definately a Turbo-Back exhaust.
- Intake is ok, but over-rated, the $ per HP ratio is not that great.
- Flash, either Dynoflash, Works, or Vishnu boost control depends on who you get the flash from. Vishnu won't have you running a MBC on any year Evo. Dynoflash will have you run a MBC on every year Evo. Works, well to be honest I'm not sure what they do.
- If you have an 06 Evo, the stock DV is great, if you have an 03-05 the stock on is ok on some cars, and not great on others. If you want great driveability buy a stock 06 DV, a Forge DV, or a Greddy RS DV. The HKS valve you're talking about is, well, trash on an Evo. I don't know anyone that hasn't had a problem with it. And if you vent to atmosphere, you're an idiot.
- You're not putting a wastegate on your car.

Happy Modding!

- Steve

^^ I agree with Superhatch, although the first three mods should probably be:

- stainless steel clutch line with removal of restrictor pill
- stiffer underhood shifter bushings and stiffer in-cabin shifter bushings
- boost gauge

after those three, look at the mods listed above.
