I tried a search but no luck..
I currently have a megan testpipe and cat back. I am ordering a downpipe now and was wondering if there would be any noticable HP gain or spool up time improvement. My exhaust is that restricted right now as it is, will this make much difference?

Noticeable? Probably not. The gains from the DP won't be much, but it will complete your exhaust, which will help. Small gains like this usually can't be notice, although you may feel a quicker/harder boost spike with the lessened back pressure.
