Water Spray Control on 2006 US EVO

Some people may say that the water spray that comes on the 03-04 US EVO's and all EURO/JDM EVO VII, VIII, IX is useless. But for those who think it is, I have some possible questions. The JDM and Euro EVO VII, VIII, IX have the ACD and the water spray controller. I saw a VII once but forgot where the ACD resevoir was located. But the JDM/Euro EVO's have the water spray bottle in the same location as the 03/04 U.S. EVO's. The ECU's for the U.S., JDM, and Euro models have for the most part the same pin out connections.

My question is, would the U.S. ECU have the pins available for the water sprayer controller and already programmed to operate the water spray controller. By chance is it pre-wired to the junction box, and all you have to do is put in some wires, fuse, and a switch and voila? I would think this might be true, for example, if you open up the fuse box there are several open relays, one for A/T. The Evo fuse box probably shares the same fuse box with the A/T Lancer. I found a pinout for a JDM/Euro Evo but not one for the U.S. version.

Sorry to see that nobody is interested....I am!
IX ECU has an I/C Spray pin but I do not know if it works.... I should install my turbo timer soon and will get the shot to wire this extra pin out to check what's happen...
I'll let you know.
Cheers.
