I wrote to dynoflash with no response so maybe someone on here can tell me...when you get the dynoflash mail-in flash and you have nothing done to your car but a drop in K&N is there any point of getting a boost controller or is the reflash setting the boost high enough?

Broddey: you have a IX, so you already have the JDM MR DV, which holds 24-25psi easily.
Evouser: it won't make a difference. You'll be fine on the stocker and fine when adding the MR DV.
DarkEvo: on your 04, you'll be fine without an MBC until you add later mods.

warrtalon What I mean is I bot my GFB BOV out of my car now and when I blow into the vac nipple it doesnt hold PSI my understanding is the intercooling inlet(pressurised side) and the manifold/vac nipple of the bov when boosting cancel themselves out 2 keep the spring shut. I f 1 were 2 leak the cancelling effect would not be as great. it sounds like the seal on my BOV 4 my sring tension is worn or broken. CAPRENDA
