1) Yes, of course, just like you can on any turbocharged car.

2) Turn off your CAPS LOCK, please (it's a rule).

3) Please SEARCH before asking questions, especially newbie questions, which belong in the NEWBIE FORUM.

When we refer to our boost level, that is peak boost, which occurs around 3500-4000rpm. To have 21psi at 7000rpm would mean you're running probably 24-25psi peak...

Probably because you have a terrible set of mods that likely make you lose power instead of gain any. That intake untuned hurts you. That cat-back, though nothing wrong with it, is only good for around 10whp, and that BOV is just absolutely awful for your Evo. You may think it's cool to have everything with the name Blitz in front of it, but that definitely isn't how you make your Evo fast. You need to get rid of the BOV, get a better one, finish your exhaust, add a GOOD MBC, and then get Dynoflashed. Then, your car will be snapping your head back again...

haha....any modification untuned hurts of course...everything works good...even the bov (no drivability or idle issues)...but my car has been that way even before i added parts...and everything was normal....i dunno, does boost decrease over time?....i'm the ECU is detuning my car cuz i run up there in the high rpms (not flooring btw) and doin more since i added the mods...why Blitz u ask???...proven power...JDM...and i like to try to stick w/ one company...

ebay that sus filter & replace it with Blitz's new induction cover which is only $138 & snaps on top of your stock airbox creating a ramair system. a cone filter only helps evos that make 400whp+. get a flash-that's the best bang 4 the buck...

No, not every mod hurts the car untuned. Only things like an intake and any fuel mods. You think everything works "good," but it doesn't, but if you'd rather not listen to people who know better, then that's fine with me. The whole JDM-sticking-with-one-company gig got old years ago. You should be more concerned about what is actually GOOD for your car rather than having a specific JDM namebrand. That's just senseless, but do whatever makes you happy (going slow).
