short shifter

hey everyone, i had quick question....i want to know what is the best type of short shifter for the evo because when i purchased mine, it had a short shifter, this thing is just really bad, it used the grind alot but i got used to and it doesnt anymore, so im really thinking about putting it back to the stock but would like to see if there are any other short shifters that are a lot smoother....thanks

Personally, I have the Buschur Racing short shifter, which is about a 30% reduction from what I understand, but one of the other most important things you can do to improve shifter feel is to replace the underhood shifter bushings and the in-car shifter base bushings. They're cheap, easy, modifications and make a world of difference.

Those modifications, along with a stiffer front (and even the rear or side) motor mount bushings will improve shifter feel about 1000% over stock!
