Evo 8 carbon fiber wing spotting(bubbling)

Has anyone else seen this on their wing? It is like a bubble effect under the clear but above the carbon fiber. The bubbles have a slight greenish yellow tint to them. They arn't real big. I took it to the dealer today, I know everyone there very well, and he is checking into it for me. But they did pull a tech service sheet from mitsu on this subject. But we could not decide if this is one of the characteristics of carbon fiber mentioned in the write up from mitsu. If anyone is having this problem or knows if this is a characteristic of carbon fiber please speak up cause I am furious about this. Cause I did not see this wover the past 3-4 weeks. I noticed it yesterday when the sun was on it...stuck out like a sore thumb. Again, if somone knows anything about this please respond. Thanks!

Wellit could be an uncured or improperly curred portion of the resin. Its easy enough to mix resin badly. Take it to the dealership and make sure they replace it.

If they don't come clear coated, you may want to get it painted (clear coat) to protect it from browning over time and the coat will protect against minor scratches and stuff.
