Forge Wastegate actuator - Don't make one for the IX
Forge Unos boost controller - Excellent
Forge RS DV - Excellent part, but no reason to replace your stock BOV that is also excellent
Helix hardpipe kit - What is this? IC pipes? If so, then skip it
Megan turbo manifold - Don't need this either - get a ported/coated stock manifold for less
Jestertuning on the dyno - should be good
You'd spend around $2500 on that and not make anymore power than if you spend $1270 on the Buschur package that happens to include the new Bullet muffler. Check here to see what simple mods can get you in terms of power on a IX:

He already has an MR BOV and there's no reason to mod his stock wastegate.

If youre talking about the stainless steel blitz filter then I would stay away from it. Ive seen tests that show that it flows less air and does not filter as well as other filters like K&N.

no it's a stainless screen that attaches to the top of the airbox & uses a foam drop-in...

actually if he takes the w/g off & turns the turnbuckle all the way down he can reduce the amount of boost taper with his flash.

Not anymore than with an MBC. I have the Forge WGA tightened down quite a bit, and the turbo still tapers. It's just a natural thing...
