Question Theoreticaly...

can a BOV be installed backwards and potentialy what long term damage could it cause? Was curious if it would still function (based on design) and if it would impact the turbo or engine in anyway.

I would like to know how you install one backwards? most have some kind of flange on one end for mounting, plus you can look at it and see where the valve is that lifts up...least on the 1G bovs you can, but again they have a flange for mounting and there is no way to get it backwards...I think a trained monkey could do it

LOL well the ones Ive seen for the 8s has to have an adapter for the stock hose to fit onto. Thus both ends could be reversed.
