IX MR - Blitz DP, ASpec Ti Cat Del, Blitz Nur Spec R Cat Back... everything fit fine before the cat delete on the stock rear. After changing to the IX JDM Rear and adding the cat delete it still fit fine, but leaned a little to the left, causing it to touch just a little bit, but very hard to notice. Other than that, this combo works perfectly! Loud as hell! :P

Sorry, our system does fit perfect on the 9's. If you have any question or want to read about 30 reviews on the RnR Turbo Back then check out this thread. Read through it as we have probably installed 20-30 systems on EVO 9's without a hitch.

I was using Apex n1 before with UR test pipe and Tanabe dp. Perfect fit. Then my friend bought an Espelir. We decided to trade because he wants all apex products on his car. Now Im using Espelir, and its a lot more louder than the Apex n1. I was worried because im moving to NY and ppl here say cops pull over cars with loud exhaust. So I removed my test pipe, and still a lot more louder than my Apex with test pipe. This exhaust (espelir) is freaking loud! If you want loud get that one.

Anyone in NY thats willing to trade their cat-back, just PM me. Its brand new. I just used it for 2 days in cali. Now my car is still in transit, i shipped it to NY.

its all subjective...most users think the espelir catback is kind of tame...have you heard a buschur?

I'm pretty new to the board and have spent most of my time on it reading and learning about Evo's, but you can't seriously be citing a test performed for a magazine as proof of anything right?!?!?!

I have a old Turbo XS downpipe on my car that I bought from someone off of this fourm. This downpipe looks identical to the WORKS and fits my 9 MR perfectly. It's a full 3" and will bolt directly to the WORKS 3" O2 housing I plan on buying in the future. I know the downpipe is not an actuall WORKS but the guy I bought it from said it's identical. I am also running a Helix hi-flow cat and Espiler catback. The car sounds awesome - not to loud, not to quiet but just the right tone. The Espiler has a very nice, deep tone - I like it. The Espiler will also look good when I get my JDM rear bumper. Just remember, the Buschur exhaust looks like a@# with a JDM rear bumper. I don't know if you plan on going with a JDM rear bumper, but if you do, don't get the Buschur. Even with the stock 9 rear bumper, the Espiler looks pretty good.

Buschur all the way. Sounds good, makes power. With Buschur, you are getting everything for a good decent price.

Would recommend you find some people in your area with the ix and tbe's and go
riding with them to hear the sound, fitment, etc. Everybody has a different opinion
on the qualities of an exhaust and if you buy based on blind faith you may be
disappointed in one or more aspects.

Ato-Mix, what happened to you? You sure have changed drastically in the past week or so. I guess all that time spent helping you went in the gutter.

You ask when the BR TBE was proven...go read the magazine that tested 10 exhausts or so and found the BR exhaust to be only 2 lbs lighter than the Magnaflow Ti. The other results were quite favorable towards the BR as well. Al went 9s on the BR TBE, and it's proven to fit on the IX. The RNR did not fit on a IX in the DC area - he was quite pissed.

Nothing happened to me.BR is a good company/vender and I know the BR TBE can make power and i know that it is better than some other TBE systems out there. Ok so he tested 10 other TBE's vs his...there are ton and tons of other companies that i know he did not do a test on so for him to say that it is the best cat back or TBE on the market, he cant fully back up that statment because the product test only had a few exhausts in the test not every tbe or catback out on the market. You sponsered guys and venders like to promote new/old products in a way that its sounds like the best damn thing since sliced bread and that every evo owner must get it because it can make u get 350+whp on pump gas or you can get into the 11s or somthing. I dont favor one brand over another or slander or put down another because i support certian type of brand or vender (or sponsered)...was just saying before you listen to someone check out other brands other options and dont fall into that walmart type marketing that some of you guys do to get ppl to buy a certian brand.

OT...War why do you take everything so personally? Now, the Buschur TBE is nice at idle and come to life WOT to me really the best exhaust going right now.
