Thumbs up Quick RNR Racing TBE review

First off i wanna say thinks to the guys at RNR racing for the great price and prompt shipping. I ordered the full 3" TB with upgraded 02 housing, test pipe and magnaflow muffler. The product arrived packed securely in one box and i must say, it almost pained me to put it on the car it looked so good lol. Disassembly and removal of the stock exhaust is definitely the hardest part of the whole install. If you plan on removing the stock 02 housing with the turbo on the car as we did, bring your patience and kiss your knuckles good bye. After tons of cursing my roommate and i finally got it off. Whoever thought 5 bolts could be such a pain in the *** lol. Anyway once the stock parts are off the rest of the install is cake. Everything fit together PERFECTLY. I cannot stress this enough. The fitment was excellent and all the parts needed for the install were included, we did not have to supply a thing. Let me tell you, this thing sounds mean but is not annoying. very low growl at idle and sounds awesome when you open it up. I am going to try and get some pics up soon. Definite A+ for RNR!

Seem to hear good things about the quality, just not the shipping time. Glad to hear your experience went over well. Please post some pics up here!

With the recent RNR bashing thread I decided to chime in.

I also ordered their 3" TBE and I had heard that they had really bad service and turnaround time so I did a few things to "stay on their ***" about it. Place the order through the phone so it isn't so impersonal, get a solid date of when it will be ready and shipped and re-check and confirm with them until they tell you the product was sent.

I did this and I received my product in no time, I also wanted mine without their muffler so Ryan sold me the piece without a muffler when he obviously didn't have to. He wasn't the most enthusiastic guy to talk to on the phone but I got my quality TBE for 500 all said and done without spacers or any rattling (on an '05)

I'd also give it an A for being very competitively priced.

Glad you had a great experience. We have always had a great product at a great price. Now that we also have some of the best customer service in the business it is a definite win/win situation for our customers.

Boltz, sorry if I wasn't "enthusiastic" as I try to be most of the time.

FYI, all the guys who had such great experiences with us in our previous group buys we are now running another one on our Race FMIC's. The deal is awesome and we are also offering even better discounts for the previous group buy customers.

No, we are still 100% a vendor. Amy, from EVOM is setting us so we can pay online with our new card. That is why we still have all of our sales going in the vendor section. We could never do without EVOM.
