I was being sarcastic. I personally have Dynoflash, but you can't go wrong with either as they all pretty much do the same thing.

I've had both...TT had subpar customer service, Dynoflash, well his attitude problems are pretty well known. In my opinion, the differences are that TT's flashes are a bit more aggressive than Dynoflash and Dynoflash does a better job marketing it's product (to be better).

See thats the thing...he should not have an attitude he needs to cheer up or something. We are the customers i dont care how good you market your product or what results you can give...you have crappy *** customer service or an attitude your not getting my money thats goes for any business.

i never had a problem with TT's service, and if Al ever answered my phone calls i could comment on his customer service. I guess he gets bored with answering questions like "which bov and intake will be louder?" Al still does a really good job with his flashes and is always researching and dyno new flashes and stuff.
I'd go with the flip a coin too i guess!

The difference is Al is one person - that's it - and he spends every weekend (and some weekdays) traveling all over the country so that people can have custom flashes in areas where they have no choice (and sometimes even when they do). The other shops have multiple people and either don't travel at all, or don't travel even 20% as much as Al. There's no denying that it is causing Al to struggle with keeping up with 400 PMs a day as well as 100+ voice mails, but he realizes that and plans to "expand." Soon, you will always get an answer on the phone or at least get a prompt return call after leaving a message. For now, Al concentrates most of his effort on returning PMs, because his wireless card allows him direct Internet access from all over the country even while tuning.

I suggest PM'ing him for questions, service, or parts, or PM me, because I help with a lot of mediation, front-line questions, and coordination.

I dont want to get into any TT bashing as I highly respect TT's shop and work

I did however want to give a brief comment about what I do and what services I previde

I am 90% involved with flashing evos on a daily basis. I specialize in flashing evos and I have a huge library of tested and proven tuning calibrations for vitually every possible modification combination for all 2003 - 2006 evo 8 & IX's.

I provide mail in flash services Mon - Thurs through www.dynoflash.com

I also provide custom dyno tuned custom reflashes here in the NY metro area Mon - Thurs

I also travel on a weekly basis to service my customers in areas throughout the United States for custom tuning updates and base flashes

Once a month I am at Buschur Racing in Ohio to provide custom tuning services and base flashes there.

Reaching me by phone has proven more difficult lately as I am becoming very busy tuning evos. However, PM and email remains a very effecitve way to reach me.

Thanks

Sorry about off topic - but Warr, you should consider turning your "sponsored by" names into links so ppl could go directly to them. Just a thought.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled posts

I would, but I'm already at the character limit - I can't add anymore text, and links take up a huge amount of text, because it includes all of the html characters.

Just a thought...

Maybe Al is so busy that he comes off as having bad customer service.. Because he is the best???

Hmm.. Think of that?

If pm is a very effective way to reach you then how come i havent gotten a response lately. I pmed you well i believe it has been a week now. And still i have gotten nothing. Im in the market for a flash but when i cant get answers back, its kind of an automatic to go with the company i can get responses from.

I try to respond to every PM and email the day they are sent

At times it becomes very hard to keep up with the demand of inquirys that I recieve and many of them are totally unrealted to any issue with buying a service from me or any issues with my products

A few examples from today . . . .

1 - Which lower fmic do I recomend Buschur or Helix?

2 - What turbo is the best one for a 2.3l on the street ?

3 - Which MBC should I buy?

4 - If I add a walbro pump do i need to change my fuel pressure regulator?

5 - Which intake manifold spools better Magnus or AMS?

I try to respond to as many of these as I can but sometimes I suggest that the person asking the question conduct a search on the forums or contact the manufactureres of these various parts to ask them . . .

There are only 16 working hours in my day and trust me I work every one of them

I also mainatin a vendor forum on this site which gets my regular attention as well as these forums which consume several hours of the day as well

People who are sending me PM's please put the nature of the inquiry in the subject line

I am obviously able to communicate with the vast majority of customers otherwise I would not have so many of them

As I suggested above email - info@dynoflash.com or PM - dyno flash here is the most effective way to get a prompt response

OR if its super crititical post a thread in my vendor forum
