I don't know whether they fit together or not, but I do know that it will be about the most money you can spend without gaining hardly any power while also negatively affecting your drivability. The ARC intake is nice, but it's very expensive and you should get tuned when you install it. The HKS SSQV is awful for the Evo and is just a big waste of money, especially on a IX. Your stock BOV can hold up to 24-25psi, and you are nowhere near that level of boost.

Please take that $700-800 and put it towards a set of mods that will give you an extra 60-70whp with perfect drivability, such as the package in my sig. The package does not include an intake or BOV, though, so if that's what you care about, this power package isn't for you...

Wow!!!! I can't believe you posted this! So you want to spend $800 for 2 mods that will end up causing damage to your motor? You must not want that to happen to your IX. Bro take that money and buy a TBE(turbo back exhaust) and get your ecu flashed, this way you will be making 310+whp. Honestly you don't deserve the IX if your going to rice it out and blow the motor. The only thing the bov/intake is good for is making noise......... do yourself a favor now and sell the IX before you F.uck it up.

Dont pay attention to those guys. Some times it is impossible for them to realize that not everyone wants what they have for their cars. I personally like the APS BOV. It fits in the stock location, recirculates (so you wont have idle issues such as with the HKS unit) it does sound remarkably like the stock unit, but with an intake it will be very noticable. The intakes to stay away from are the ones with hard MAF pipes. Those cause lean spots and idle issues as well.

I relaced my BOV because I got flutter with the stock unit. The APS is also dual vent which means at low boost pressures in recirulates and at full boost it will partially VTA (vent to atmosphere)

I also used a k&n cone filter with just a MAF adaptor and never had one issue with it. I need to buy a new intake for my car since I just had my AEM EMS installed. If you are interested in my old intake setup (in good shape) PM me and let me know, I will cut you a deal.
