High-energy grounding cable kit

What can I expected to see with this? I have read in a magazine that after they installed them and re-dynoed thier car they got 10 more pound feet of tq.?
I also seen fireball made his own , but im willing to spend the extra dough for a mits. factory kit. Which will have no qustions on the warrenty.

Thanks.

I hear that it claims to give around 5 more hp. I ordered mine yesterday. Small fee for a permanent safe hp gain!

Just got installed

They look pretty nice. They are alot bigger than i thought , and from what the evo tech said were kinda hard to install.

I think they look nice, about $200 installed.

Lets see if it does anything different?

I also got my first oil change at 868 miles/ first oil change was free of charge!!!!!!!!

We sell the Hot Earth Ground system here at www.vividracing.com. We also have our own coming out that is a bit less in price. We have used these on our WRX and our EVO. Sold over 200 of these units and they REALLY work.

I am really amazed at how much companies have been charging for these kits. A really high quality kit should not cost more than $80 and a cheap kit could go for as low as $40. Anyone can make a kit for around $40-50, depending on how much cable is needed.

That said, grounding/earthing kits are a good mod on some vehicles. I think some cars respond better to this mod than others. The 350Z's idle is greatly improved with a grounding kit.

No kidding. I can make up one of these kits for around $20 using as high quality parts as I can find. A few feet of 8 gauge multistrand wire, some solder on connectors and some shrink wrap does not cost much at all. Labor is less than 30 minutes per kit to build.
If I didn't solder, then it would be even less than that with just crimp on connectors.
There is nothing magic about these kits. They just try and correct a potential voltage differential that can exist if different portions of the car have different potential grounds. It electricity 101.

For those people who has the grounding cable kit installed, is there any noticeble difference in the car before and after the installation?

Also, I've tried researching online but could not find an installation guide for any grounding cable kit, anyone know which components need to grounded to what?
