I know there are many threads on BOV but I did a lot of searching, but still couldn't find an answer to my question, so I decided post a new thread.
So I have a Greddy Type S BOV on my evo right now and it's VTA. I know it's bad for the car so I decided to change it to recirc.
Is there a way to make a home made recirc kit for the Type S of some sort? Has anyone on this forum done this? And what would I need to buy?
Alternatively is there is a simple recirc kit for the Type-S (not Type RS!) I can buy online, any info would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

the type s already comes with a recircing "mouth" waht you need to do is buy two small worm gear clamps, or use the ones that came with your car, and then go get yourself a radiator hose of the right diameter and right shape (this may involve some cutting) and just route the hose from the bov to the intake hole.

If you place the GReddy Type-S in the stock BOV location it recirculates. If you are running an aftermarket IC pipe/Intake pipe, etc., do what the above poster said.

I have custom intercooler piping with my greddy type s.. I just cut up the stock hose and found a correct diameter piping and used a bend from stock hose and also a bend from the piping and used clamps..works just fine

mmm which intake are you running? if you look at your stock accordian pipe you'll see that there is a hold on the top of it... this is usually where the bov plugs into and the "butt" of the bov pipes to the ic piping.
if you have an aftermarket intake such as the hks rs the recirc port on the intake is in the same place. should be there for all intakes that are meant to replace the stocker.
wtih this said... if you lack creativity i'll spell out your options.
you can do one of many things. you can run stock style which is bov sitting in teh air over the intake, this would require you to get a greddy hose clamp adapter fitting, because your greddy bov has a flange not a hose fitting.
the mr and stock valves are hose fitting valves.
if you already have the flange on your ic pipe... just follow the instructions i already posted.
tell me what kind of intake you have first though, cuz if you have a recirc opening on it you should be able to tell where it is and if you're vta right now it should be plugged up.
