apexi noir vs rsr ex mag

Both of these exhaust looks identical...(and unfortunately both neck at the cat but cest la vie)... any differences in power out put or noise? I have a stock turbo setup so i dont need every single last hp out of the car (which is why im selling my greddy ti which already does that) however i think its giving me tinnitus, and im too young for that.

anyone?

I think the apexi noir has a resonator and the rsr ex mag doesnt.

both have resonator on the B-pipe (mid-pipe). I like the NOIR because the tip isn't so big and it looks quite stock like. The exmag is nice but has the polished rolled tip..

rsr exmags tip is polished but about a weeks worth of driving and it looks just like any other stock looking tip. Even with the rolled tip on the rsr the catback looks real stock and fitment and everything else is great.
