Best spark plugs & gapping for 30psi boost+75hp shot nos on 35R

could anyone advise.....
I was using denso 11's.....but they didnt last too long.
I have no idea about gapping etc..I just know about heat ranges.

But if anyone could advise me which plug and gap to go with I would be able to get it done..

thanks

Why don't you just throw some C-16 in the car and raise the boost instead of using nitrous? You motor is built. It would probably be a lot safer than using nitrous. I'm not critisizing, just asking.

Run some BPR9ES plugs.... a lot cheaper to run and fine on big boosting GT35R's with nos, gap them down to bout 0.6 mm gap. However, you might wanna run an MSD iginition CDI...

because nitrous makes that turbo spool much faster...and brings your 60' times down about 2 tenths

So you're going to run nitrous and 30psi on pump gas?

Cool.

well...

im using the UTEC and 35R on our shop car.... at 25psi and up, i was blowing the spark out on our NGK's with the gap at .27-ish....gapping to .22 fixed the problem.

I would highly recommend something like the hks dli2... which is what we are going with shortly.... just to make things certain.....

we spent some time chasing the afr.... with our tune, because we had a slight misfire.... the racefuel made the problem worse.... then i realized it was the gap. Stupid me.

I would seriously consider an ignition amplifier....HKS Dli2 works with the stock coils and is plug n play. Other than that one most others will require a "dumb" coil (no built ignitor), like AEM's twin fire(release end of month), MSD Dis-2 or Dis-4, M&W Pro-12 or Pro-14(use this in my evo).

Also, with using the ignition amplifier you can open the plug gap back up to around .025 to .030 which will help out tremendously at idle and you won't foul plugs near as often with a plug gap of .020.

thanks for the advice guys...
btw sorry for leaving out some information.....My hks ignition amplifier is here(so I will be using that) and I always use C16 when drag racing.

and as for using the nitrous....
I 'granny shift' my car...lol....i always lift to shift and i think this is one of the main reasons that I am still on my car's stock gearbox and transfer case from day one.
so during shifts the rpms drop a little and with the 0.82 back end on the 35R it would get out of full boost for a split second. So in other words the nitrous makes up for my lame driving..lol.
