i noticed when i shift at max redline (7250rpm), my exhaust would shoot out thick cloud of black smoke... is that normal?

i have my hks evc set to 23psi

mods i have are:
3" exhaust w/ high flow cat
walbro fuel pump
injen intake kit
dynoflash 300whp/300wtq

evos run rich....its normal

 

you are just running rich...espicially with the fuel pump

Running rich man.. Black is fine. When you see blue, start to worry most likely.
