Any reviews or oponions of clutchnet clutches?
I ran there stage 2 6puck in my b16turbo civic (380hp) for 2 years with no problems. I then ran there sprung 6puck setup in my sr20det powered 240sx for a good year making about 400hp. I never had any issuse and the drivability was great. Has anyone used on yet with an evo. I am putting down 380-400hp at the wheels and looking for something to hold up. My stock is ok for now but i want to get something waiting for when it breaks. My goal was to hit 11's with under $2500 in parts. I am at $1800-$1900 now and the car can do it easy but the clutch will be my weak spot. Also once i hit 11's the car will go back to a cruzer/show with maybe 2-3 times of drag strip use a year so i dont really want to dump $1300 on a full race setup. thanks guys.
I had two clutches from them.. first is graphite i think, it wasnt that ok.. the second is kevlar and it held very well for a good 30,000km (maybe i got used to driving it with some more care?)..
OK one thing is that the cluthes have a super grip, but cant hold too much slipping, they'd heat quickly and start to lose fricition.. But in all, i liked the kevlar..
