forget the pop sound wtf happend thread

the last 2 times i drove my evo i lost a lot of boost and found it was due to the upper intercooler piping not being completeley on... one of teh silicon hoses was partially off. i checked the piping before a left for vacation and didnt notice that it was an underside of one of the silicon hoses on the upper intercooler pipe that was causing this.
the service engine light then went on the second time i drove it not knowing what the problem was. should i tighten it and be fine to drive the car around agian? or should i take it to a shop to see if everythin is ok?

heheeheheh...you said tight....hehehhehe

now seriously.....tighten the damn clamp.....think about it 20psi.....your average baloon has 3psi, the average basketball has 8 psi, and you think your thumb tightening is going to hold 20 psi?

dude you need help.....

I hate the fact that sooo many people with sooooo little mechanical ability own fast cars. If you can't keep your hose tight you should not be shoving your boost into it.
