I dumped my super-loud Logic Performance catback for the Greddy Evo II and I couldn't be happier, it really makes a difference. However, cruisin at 4k rpms (85-90 mph) gets a bit tiresome, but its still bearable...I guess I'm getting old.

I've got that exhaust WITH a cat and it got me pulled over, so YMMV.

I have the perfect solution and a couple of folks from Dallas at the Turbo Trix day on April 15th can vouch. It sounds similar to stock and I have no cat!
Megan Downpipe - spray painted with 1200 degree ceramic paint, exhaust wrapped upper half of dp until I got to the flex section.
Megan Resonated Testpipe - When I added this, it was actually quieter then with my 3" high flow cat!
BnB Catback - this has always been one of the quieter catbacks and makes excellent power, but it is not the lightest on the market.

My next experiment is to exhaust wrap the muffler/axbleback portion to see if I can eliminate more noise/vibrations.

Here is a vid with my exhaust, but you can not tell how loud/quiet it is in real life since you have a volume button.

LINK TO DYNO VID You may need to "save target as" in order to view file.

I have the RMR cat back with HKS downpipe (thermal wrapped)and no cat it's quite but has a low rumble to it. It only is rated at 85DB max. Also to note it doesnt have a tinnie sound or an annoying sound at wide open or highway cruising. Big to RMR they have to confer to CA strict noise levels to be street legal it even came with a card to show the 5-0 in case you got pulled over with it on the car.

My Buschur w/ Magnaflow is super quiet. Barely louder than stock when driving normal.

I've had: Greddy Evo2 necks down at the cat flange, the resonator and muffler id is 65mm and barks with resonated test pipe. Buschur w/Magnaflow was louder at WOT. I now have B&B catback and is just as quiet when cruising as is at WOT.
