Im thinking about getting one.......any feedback ????.......the hks is to pricey for me.....

I have one of these installed about a year ago.
Its not plug and play like the HKS, but it works just the same. Its a ignition amp that provides a stronger consistent spark for higher boost levels.
The hardest part of the installation is you have to find and splice/solder a wire on the main ignition coil harness going to the coil side. Otherwise, pretty straight foward on the rest of the installation.
I used to have a occasional mis-fire around 6000rpm on alky but that went away after I installed the XS ignition. I gapped my plugs a little bigger to .027 and it seems to work fine. Also the idle got smoother.

sweet.......i dont mind the splice /soldering part of it......i was just looking to see if it performs similar to the HKS

Super easy install, I will have a full write up in future with mine, install is a little tricky but very doable once you figure out which wire it is. For the price you can't beat it...

DeviantRacing has an interesting alternative also... plug and play. After further investigation, I think I may go this route as it seems it puts out about the same energy as the HKS.
