you wanna tune for 22psi so can you explain to me how come i had 21psi stock and 24psi after exhaust and intake but before flash?

Bro the stock exhast is so restrictive it's no joke, when you add a free flowing exhaust what do you think will happen......

You should not be playing around with the boost after the flash. we have dialed it in and set the A/F levels accordingly.

Do not alter the boost on 93 octane.

He's not on 93octane - he said he's on 100octane, so he needs to get that whole thing straightened out. If he wants to run 100oct 24/7, then he should get tuned specifically for it and can run a 27psi spike if he wants to. I recommend head studs when installing the cams, but after that, he can run that boost all day and have around 400whp/400wtq, imo.

27/28lbs spike is fine. I've done it many times on 100octane with 272 cams and arp head studs. The stock turbo with that quick/high of a spike is definitely something to experience. Just hold on cause if you can break loose it'll happen.
