Cosworth M2 High Lift Cam Specs
Cosworth M2 High Lift Cam Specs
Got a shipment of Cosworth High Lift camshafts for the EVO8 last week and they came with a spec sheet, so I just thought I would post them up so people could see the official specs direct from Cosworth. I don't have a direct test results yet, but they tell me that they were tested heavily on a larger GT series setup that made over 700 whp.
The duration measurement on these cams are actual, and if using the same advertised duration measurement like hks, they are closer to 280's.
Since these are high lift cams, upgraded valvesprings are required.

I met and had a long talk with a Cosworth rep (who drives a Graphite Gray Evo) at the Long Beach Grand Prix a couple weeks ago and man is their stuff nice. They had some beautiful cams and heads on show for the Evo and some very nice lightweight pistons.
He said the IX cams are going to be relased soon. A couple versions actually.
Their head was also present on Easy Street Motorsports STi that was in the race that weekend.
