MBC and constant elevation change...yes or no?

MBC and constant elevation change...yes or no?

I've been really pondering a manual boost controller... but I'm always up and down elevations (sea level to 7000 feet) and was wondering if anyone could offer their experiences with a manual boost controller concerning elevation change. Thanks.

I don't see why elevation would affect mbc settings. The WG reference is atmospheric, so the WG should open at the same manifold pressure regardless of elevation. The difference is the turbo will be slower to spool at 7000'.
