I believe the 4 puck... but its hardly a street clutch. You'll be going through clutches like there's no tomorrow, in-between shocking your drivetrain the whole time.

I don't know of anyone using the 4-puck. Why are you so neurotic about this?

Here's my review of the Exedy 4-puck:

the 4 and 6 puck clutches are both going to be harder on your drivetrain than the street disk.

The clutch you get should depend on what your going to use your car for and the amount of power your pushing.

What are your goals for your car?

If your planning on building your car up and racing it step up the clutch and just get the Exedy Twin. but if its just going to just be your weekend stock (or close to it) car then get the ACT HDSS.

I dont really know what your asking... i hope this helped a little

coming from a 2jz, I would certainly hope you already know the difference between a street disc, or a puck style clutch. My suggestion would be, figure out how much torque you make (or plan to make), and then buy the minimal clutch that will hold that torque. Maybe even call the vendors???? There is no reason to buy a clutch that will hold 700 ft. lbs. of torque, that will be on/off and not streetable, and transfer all that shock to driveline components, when you're only making 350 ft. lbs. of torque.

Did you just not read my response about my 4-puck?

What do you mean the twin disk is too much for you? It's exactly what you need for the GT35R. Don't forget that the Exedy clutches come with a chromoly flywheel, so the price is included. With the ACT, you'll also need to tack on the price of an aftermarket flywheel, just fyi.

If you have a GT35R there are only a select few clutches out there that are going to hold that power for a extended amount of time. The most popular of those clutches is the Exedy Twin.

You have a powerfull car. Why dont you get the right clutch once instead of the wrong weaker one a few times?
