the cat back will fit but you'll have to see if the downpipe clears the ACD

yeah thats what ive been told by my friend with an 8, but every site ive seen it at it says 03-05 evo8 and i was iffy about buying it.

as long as the downpipe clears the ACD u should be fine. The catback design hasnt changed from VIII to IX.

I think the Agency Power only comes in cat-back anyway doesn't it? Just get that with a 9 downpipe.
