Slave Cylinder Question

Hey Everyone,

The other day I got in my Lancer to go home after a week on a work trip, and when I started off I lost all pressure in my clutch pedal, and after a few minutes of driving I couldn't shift the gears. I talked to someone and they said that it could be one of my cylinders or a clutch plate. I usually do most of my car work myself, but on transmissions I am kinda green. I would like to know what you guys think it could be. What blows my mind is that the car was fine when I got to work, and just sat there for a week. Gotta love cars..LOL. Anyway, thanks for any help you guys can give.

Taylor

Well first check to make sure you have pressure. When you press the clutch does the rod press the clutch fork?
