Alright I have searched like crazy but couldn't find anything. So I just got my RNR TBE installed and took it for a test drive. When I hit 10+ lbs of Boost, my turbo is making a wierd noise. Sounds kinda like a diesel engine. I have checked and re-checked everything. Only thing that was done to the car was the TBE. Any Help would be great.

 

Sounds like you may have an exhaust leak.

 

Check for any loose pipes.

 

I can only hear the sound when the turbo spools under heavy loads, gonna take the tbe off and try again tomorrow. I will check the IC pipes when i get under there. Anything else?
