How many track days can you get on the stock clutch
if you know what your doing you can make your stock clutch last much longer than if you keep dumping it at 6k. i can launch off the stock launch limiter(only done it twice with this car so far)with a nice smooth launch with no clutch smell whatsoever. Its all in your technique at the track and how you drive on the street(everyday driving) that will determine how long your clutch lasts. Knowone can give you an estimate on how long a part will last, it all depends on the driver. BTW IMO nothing beats the stock clutch in an evo,IMO.

For one thing the Evo isn't a "drag" car. If you want to use the Evo what it was REALLY intended for you'd take it to the road course and autox'ing. If you prefer drag racing and cheap upkeep you should really look into something else.
My stock clutch with the restrictor pill and stock line lasted for around 25,000 miles...and 2.5 years of racing..mostly autox'ing. At every autox I'd get 4-6 runs and I launch at 5500-6000 rpm. What really put a hurting on my clutch was taking it to the drag strip where you will generally get much better grip due to the vht prepped surface.
Now I have an Exedy twin disc
i guess i cant drive to well because i only got 20 k out of my stock clutch, but it makes sense since this was my first awd car and i practice launching all the time with my stock clutch
