The DC Sports Down pipe is intended to be a Cat-less down pipe that connects straight to your cat-back exhaust, which in turn means there is no place for a test pipe to fit.
For instance my O2 housing connects to my DC sports DP, then the DP connects to my Blitz exhaust. There is no more space for a test pipe!

I'd also be willing to bet the DC is meant to be able to fit the OE catback. The Megan flanges are true 3" two bolt flanges that will not fit OE flanges without taking about 2-3mm of material out of the inside of the Megan bolt holes. I had to do that to my Megan catback and downpipe to fit the OE cat for "inspection days". For a layman, a dremel and a few stone bits will do the trick.
