i just got my evoIX not too long ago and im having a little problem. i thought it was just me but its not. it sounds like im grinding 2nd gear! but the clutch is all the way in and it still does it sometimes, it does not happen everytime i drive it, but its really pissing me off. and i know if i take it to the dealership they are just going to say i have been racing it. and i have but im runing stock right now, but anyway what do you guys think????

 

There's not much we can say. Have them look at it and see what they think. If they say nothing's wrong or claim that it's from you racing, then go home. If they think it's a synchro and will fix it, then take them up on it.

The only thing I can think of as a suggestion would be to adjust your clutch pedal OUT a little (pedal engagement goes higher) by using the write-up on Evomoto.com.

 

Listen adn watch. Does it do it randomly? or at certain engine speeds? when your driving on a rough road? try replicating so that you can show the service advisor and technician the problem
