What should my oil pressure be?

I hooked up my autometer oil pressure gauge on Sunday and I don't know where pressure should be? At idle it is at around 20psi and at WOT in 3rd it jumps to almost 90psi! Cruising in 5th at 65 it is at around 55psi. Do these numbers sound correct?
Thanks

Sounds about right, but a little on the high side. It'll do that if the engine hasn't reached full operating temperature. The pressure will be very temperature dependent. You can't really go by the factory temperature gauge (in the coolant system), that will read normal temperature several minutes before the oil reaches normal temperature.

When you first start the car the pressure will be up because of the oil temp. Once it warms up I idle around 1.0 Bar (14.7psi) with 272 cams. At full throttle I'm around 6.0 (88psi). So your numbers sound about right.

I am at about 4500 miles since last oil change, would that affect #'s on the high or low side?

Those numbers look right. That is what I have seen on My evo's guages.

I don't see why it would unless something was contaminating your oil supply and affecting it's density.
