High oil pressure

At start up, my 100psi autometer gauge is pegged. When it warms up, drops down to about 25psi. Cruising under 3k, around 35-40 psi. Anything above 3500 rpms, it sits at 100psi and at WOT, pegged again.

I use Mobil 1 10W30 on a stock internal ed EvoIX.

Is this normal? I thought it should be roughly 80-100psi? Mine seems to be at 100psi most of the time and would go much higher at WOT.

thanks!

I have Stri gauges. My oil pressure (measured at the oil filter housing) is over 100 psi on cold startup. At freeway cruising speeds, my oil pressure is around 80. At fully warmed up idle, pressure drops to 14 psi.
