Hey, I got a buddy who I'm helping with a nitrous setup... using a NOS single fogger wet EFI setup... we're trying to figure out what the recommended size nitrous and fuel jets are for a 100 shot setup on a 2.0L motor... help from anyone with experience or help with this setup would be appreciated.

Its hsould have came with th kit. Did your nozzels come in a little baggy with a piece of paper? Causde it says the recommend sizes for the nozzels rigth there . It should tell you the fuel nozzel and the nitrous nozzle size. If not let me know and I will get my little booklet from NX

 

I have no manual or piece of paper that tells me proper nitrous and fuel jets specific to this kit and the Evo... didn't know there was one... if so, could ya tell me what it says for the Evo for a 100 shot on this system? Thanks...

 

i have always heard a 100 shot on our cars is not good... i could be wrong, but thats what i have always heard. 35 or 50 was the highest i remember reading about

 

I spray 100 shot on mine and it loves it. NX jet sizes are different than NOS jet sizes. And NX just goes to 75 shot on a four cylinder. You have to call them to get bigger sizes.

 

i have always liked the zex system personally... but dont have much experience with nitrous so i guess it doesnt matter. i just like the fact that the zex premixes before its sprayed, seems like it would be less likely to cause problems.

 

Almost all wet shots premix the fuel and nitrous in the fogger before spraying... =]

Sooo... looking for an answer from anyone with experience... I will call Holley later on to see what they say but prefer advice from ppl who've tried this setup.

 

I wish I could help you with the info on jet sizes but the size of the shot depends on what mods you are running and how aggressive you want to go, I will likely be putting a wet 50 shot on my evo and running it on top of the meth at the track...

 

Heh, we're set in stone about the 100 shot... no less, no more... all we're confused 'bout is the size of the nitrous 'n fuel jets for this specific NOS single fogger system on the Evo.

 

No they dont they go up to 150shot on a 4 cylinder with a wet efi system. My saturn use to run a 100shot efi system before I went turboed now it runs a 50shot efi mainline system. However, you can take the 50shot sizes and double them and theres your 100shot.

For the 50 shot it says for the N20=35 and the FUEL=20 so double that and its N20=70 and FUEL=40 theres your jet sizes. And again this is off of a NX wet efi mainline system.
