vband is where its at

But yes you can just buy a replacement gasket. Checkout cheapturbo.com, atpturbo.com, slowboyracing.com....

Or just go to a local shop and if they do a lot of turbo work they should def have one.

if youre running the 38mm they are pretty standard,

race gas tends to eat them up.

slowboyracing has copper and ss ones i believe.

we've had good luck with them

I think turbonetics makes one with a solid metal ring surrounded by the regular gasket material. I blew the regular ones out but not that one.

are you sure you had the wastegate bolts tight on both sides? A little gap from improper tension on the mounting bolts will fry the gasket rather quickly.

I'm assuming it's the 38mm Tial, if so, get the turbonetics gasket it has a fire ring and you won't have an issue with that one.

I don't believe you need a gasket for this wastegate. I was under the impression that the silver metal ring was the gasket.

Tial suggests not using a gasket at all if it blows out as long as your using a tial flange to mount the gate to. if you want to be extra precautious, try some copper spray
