Boost Creep?

Boost Creep?

just recently installed a o2 housing everything was fine until a week later my boost raises to 24lbs in 2nd and 28 in 3rd all til redline, ive checked lines and what not all seem alrite.

any guesses on what could be causing this?

05 evo, stock wga, stock turbo.

Is the WGA arm wedged against the turbo outlet pipe? I'm not positive this could create a problem, but it's a thought. Let someone who knows weigh in on this thought.

Watch for nasty knock at that psi! Toss in some 100 or at least stay out of the boost.

Have you changed the MBC settings tho? Temp, etc. can affect it.

ive changed nothing no boost settings as of yet, thinking if i should lower boost to see if it helps?

also, how should the wga arm be position when normal?

Adjust your mbc down and see if it helps. Also, if the BOV is sticky I suppose.

I'm not an expert on the WGA just that the install instructions want it not to be wedged against the turbo outlet pipe.
