Boost leak issue

My car has been leaking boost for some time now i thought i was my old a-piller boost gauge just had a weak seal but today i got rid of that entire gauge setup and installed new gauges with new tubing and once i get around 17psi the boost gauge needle starts bouncing between 15 and 18 and it sounds like a can of compressed air is being sprayed from the drivers side of the car.
anyone have any ideas?
Im thinking maybe a leak in one of the IC connections.
Also i did a search but could really find anything helpful.

Please any input would be greatly appreciated.
has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks,
-Bryan

Well if you suspect an ic coupling, before you do your leak test go through all of the clamps and tighten them down and see what happens.
