Alky on a IX??
Just wandering if anybody has alky on a IX yet..I've already ran 12 flat with base flash tbe..mbc..intake... now i am looking to get a alky kit and cams when they finally come out. Only problem is i have never messed with alky7 injection and am kinda worried on install since most are made for 03-04 with the intercooler sprayer. I know I can use my washer resevoir in the trunk but dont know how to install it that way?
The SMC kit is trunk mounted but doesn't use the washer reservoir. The tank it comes with can be installed in the opposite side of the washer reservoir (driver's side) cubby hole of the trunk. I'm in the process of installing mine, hopefully finishing up this weekend. Pm me with any questions.

He did it on pump gas - that's how most IXs are - stupid fast.
Evol, nah man, you haven't seen the trunk mount kit for 05s? We don't have the IC sprayer, so we can't use that kit. Go read up on the 05s with the SMC alky kit, and you'll see right where it is. Absolutely no reason to use your washer reservoir in the rear when the other side of the trunk is empty.
