These have a "down tube" on the inlet and filter media in place?

<edit>As a mod I was being a bad example by asking "how much" in the forum.... please PM him about the cans and leave it out of the forums</edit>

Saikou_kun - I am ready to purchase. Let me know how much! Do these have the downtube and the stainless media as well. Also, can I place the PCV valve on one of those fittings...Please let me know. I would like mine plain, if possible. I want to get it powdercoated the same color as the valve cover.

Thanks!

No sight glass is used. If you drain it at every oil change there should be no overfilling.
If you get extreme overfilling, there are bigger issues going on

*less parts to damage/break too

EvoIXMR has ordered the first one.

I"m definatly interested in one of these, where do you think you can mount it in the engine bay?

I actually wouldn't mind having 2 individual cylenders with a mounting tab, It looks to be small enought to mount right by the pcv vavle where the perrin can mounts. Then I could have the other by the intake. That be prefect for my application if it would work! wouldn't have to have hose running all over the engine bay.

Damn, this has got to be the fastest turn around time in terms of product development ever!! Looks awesome. I might have to pick one up myself to replace my big ol' clunky helix cans.

What are the size of the inlet and outlet threads? 1/4 NPT? Thinking about putting some -AN fittings on them...

EDIT: nvm, found the specs on your page.

yeah, I purchased the 1st one!

Denial - Quick? I was planning on do the same and running braided lines. Look nicer than the pop machine lines or rubber hose. So, is it possible? Let me know, please! Thanks!

Well, here's the only draw back to steel lines: they are damn expensive. That, and they rub on a lot of things. I didn't post a picture of it but I use to run braided lines (not sure if I mentioned that earlier). I tapped out my helix cans to 3/8 " NPT and stuck the -AN fittings on there. I ended up swapping over to just plain rubber hose in the end. Still have the -AN fittings on there though which are really nice--makes removing the can for emptying 100 times easier.

But yeah, since the openings are 1/4" NPT, just pick up some 1/4" NPT to whatever -AN size hose at whatever angle you want to run. Simple as that. Looks like -4 is the smallest I can find for 1/4" NPT...not sure if that's too big though. Anyone have a chart referencing -AN sizes to actual measurements?

Do that and post a link here. I will edit my original series of posts to add the link to your "personal for sale" thread.
