I dont know of anyone elses kit but a 42r kit is REALLY expensive since you need to run dual wastegates to control the monster and that usually means small radiator kit. If its just for street fun I would go with a more controlable turbo like a 37r for what your talkin about. Around the street the High hp of a 42r would be tough to control/enjoy. A 37r Is a good size turbo and you wont need to spend as much for supporting mods. AMS hit over 700 hp with a 37r. How much more do you need?

Best thing I can say is to contact AMS or Bushur racing and get some quotes and information from them. I would not run a 42R on the street. I would probably go with a 37R on the stroker motor which will still yeild you very impressive numbers and a bit better on the street. Keep in mind suspension, axles, trans, transfer case, clutch. It will be an expensive project but will be a very quick car when you get done with it.
Good Luck and keep us posted as to what you are doing.

I don't recommend using ross pistons. I recommend Wiseco over ross. Jackson automachine (jacksonautomachine.com) has been building 4G63's since the beginning and they have told me they have seen way too many consistency problems with this brand. They recommended wiseco.

I totally agree. Wiseco's tolerances are much much more consistant then Ross. Also with the alloy composition of wiseco it allows you to run a tighter wall clearance because they expand less then a 100% alloy piston. People talk alot of smack about wiseco containing silicone and being weak for that reason. The bottom line is this, any piston faced with detonation will crack, no matter how much alloy content. Just give RRE a call, every motor they build has runs Eagle/Wiseco or Carillo/Wiseco

You want a stroker. You will need the extra displacement to spool a big slow laggy turbo like the GT42R.
