Please confirm my decel noise is normal

After some drivetrain challenges in my used 03 Evo, I've replaced about everything. TRE tranny, new t-case, Cusco twin. In any gear at about any speed, when I let off the gas entirely I hear a clanking/grinding/rattle. With ANY load applied it disappears, and when I disengage (push in) the clutch it also disappears. But if the drivetrain is ever slowing down my coast at all it vibrates.

Is this a normal internal tranny thing, downpipe hit, twin disk chatter or other? Like I said under any load or rolling in neutral the car is otherwise essentially silent. I did some searches and suspect this is normal but never found these exact symptoms mentioned.
