Dyno results. Evo9 Flash
Car came in with exhaust and boost controler already so no baseline stock pull. Made 250whp at 18 psi as it came in.
I Flashed the car using Ecutek. AFR's timing and Cams where mapped. Final boost was 19.5 fading down.
Evo9
1000 miles on it
Helix exhaust
Manual boost controller
Ecutek flash by Me
91 octane
106 degrees that day!!!
I had the car at 315 but after 3 back to back pulls there was some timing correction so I retuned it a bit lower to 309. At this level it was consistant. In the winter I know I could have produced more power. All we can do in this heat on this crappy Oxy 91 and not have knock correction. Still, Tremendous gains on the flash alone.

Clark, PM me pricing on ECUFlash tuning. My only mod is a Buschur intake. Feel free to give me a discount if you want to find out what kind of improvement you can make on a (near) stock IX. Haha

That's EcuTek, not EcuFlash. One costs $650 minimum and the other is $90 for a cable and free software.
Those gains are nice, but the torque curve is very strange. I've never seen anything like that.

The Boost is low because its 110-115 outside. Add traffic and Oxygenated 91 octane and things get tough. The solution is to lower boost a bit and tune for power. This makes the car rock solid and detonation free in the heat. You can turn up the boost on this map. I did during tuning. But I dont recomend it in these Desert conditions.
Ecutek does not lock the ecu. That is false information.
IF there is anything I can do or any questions to answer just ask.

What? I have read SO many threads that say EcuTek locks ECU's, even that one on NASIOC that had actual techs from EcuTek in it.
Anyway, that torque curve is amazing, i love it. I would like to see how much better this car does in not such extreme conditions.
