Stock ecu or standalone.
What did the plugs look like? wet? I think you are pig rich.

It turns over right?

Any back fires?

to start

What size injectors? The cylinders are fuel washed. remove the injectors you put in and replace with stock ones. Replace the spark plugs because they are fuel fouled too probably. For now go hotter (7's stock) or 6's. You will have to get the fuel out of the cylinders. This should bring the compression backup. If your worried anbout hurting the motor to drive it like this then only let boost minimally. You need a tune have it run properly now.

Try and dry the cylinder out as much as you can. Leave the plugs out over night and use air to dry them out also. You need to get the compression back. Possible a little oil to help seal, (use as last resort).

check the fuel pump installation. make sure you took off that white tab on the stock fuel pump and reused it.

I would suggest sending the ecu to Al with a list of your mods.
Also put the stock Fuel rail back on with the stock injectors. Are you getting spark to all 4?
