Spun bearing

My spare engine has a spun main bearing and I just want some opinions on what to do. Should I buy a new crank or just take the old one to a machine shop. I am going to build the motor but can't decide on a 2.3 stroker or a built 2.0.

Sorry to hear that. The same thing happen to me. Im 99% sure your crankshaft is toast. It is warped. Depending on how long ur car ran after you spun ur bearing it it possible but highly unlikely that the crankshaft is good and you chould just replace the bearing and everything would be good.

What do want to do with the car if you never plan on upgrading to a bigger turbo just get a factory or used shortbloack. Im going with a 2.3 by Road Race Engineering.
