how much do you think it would cost to have a shop put one in and tune it for me?

The installation would be the same for any stock-like turbo - nothing special about the 20g-9.

Unless you live right by an expert Evo tuner, it's unlikely that a local shop that does the install will also be able to tune you. Not just anyone can tune - it requires a tuning method/device like flashing software or for you to have a piggyback or standalone. You were way too vauge with your question, and you haven't even filled out your profile so that we know what you drive and where you live - you need to fill that stuff out.

UTEC? Eek, too bad. And you have a non-Evo expert who already does all your tuning? If so, then wouldn't you already know how much the tuning costs?

I have no idea what the labor would cost - it completely depends on your shop, their ability, and their price per hour. Wouldn't they be the best ones to ask?
