3" TBE TO LOW

Hey guys,
How ironic, I Got pulled over for my exhaust being to low! and not to loud. Im running a RNR 3" TBE with Test Pipe. I searched but havent found to many people who have been pulled over for this. The cop said he saw sparks under my car and then complemented my car
As of rite now the exhuast does not rub anything and clears my front braces with ease. Clearance with the driveshaft is already an issue and I feel like if i bend the mount up I will being tapping the driveshaft. At the same time i just received my Tanabe gf-210's and want to resolve my exhaust issue before i lower my car. So my question being, Should i purchase Kart Boy mounts, Bend my current mounts, or sell my springs and live a defeated man? Anyone running the RNR 3" TBE and gf-210 springs could you possibly chime in on how u resolved this issue, or do you just let your exhuast scrape from time to time?
