Car doesnt seem to be pulling as hard?WHy

ok lately i got my car tuned with the cams and i turned the boost up to 21ish.....it seemed good at first, now it doesnt seem like it's pulling as hard, like when i hit boost the rpms dont climb to much faster, like they used to. At first i thought the clutch was going out but, the rpms would shoot up then....now i have no idea what it could be. I think it could be pulling timing or possible a boost leak. My boost will hit like 21.5 then sometimes it immediatly drops to 20 and sometimes it holds alittle and bounces back and forth between them then sometimes it just tapers to 20.

Where do you live. Its been nothing short of 85 here every day and the car sometimes feels like a plow.

Find someone with a logger and log a 3rd gear run. If timing curve looks ok and you find no boost leak then I'm gonna have to say it's the heat.

I am experiencing something very similar.
Dont be too worried man.
It's the heat (not enough density) that is robbing our cars HP.
It's been around 90-95 degrees here for the last 2 weeks and the car definitley hates all this heat.

I would start worrying about it when it's cool outside(around 60-75 degrees).
I am 90% sure it's the heat causing our cars to lose HP.

I'm sure it's a toss up between the heat and getting used to the power.

Time for more parts.
