this thread is from 2006 but, what the heck, i have 40k on her, all stock daily driver. i'm an old man so i don't launch or abuse. i just drive fast!

mine went out at 21k but i bought my car with 17k so it was basically beat.....i put a ACT street disc in it.

mine went out on my 03 EVo8 at 24000, that was with every upgraded.. lol.. just put an ACT in there.. runs like a champ.

Yes it's all stock except for the wheelz and I do a lot of freeway. But that includes a fair amount of stop-n-go....
